Shipping costs Each article has its own individual shipping costs. These shipping costs are directly related to size, weight, number of packages, product group, shipping company and price of the product. In this way we can offer you a fair shipping price appropriate to your product. The shipping costs distinguish between deliveries within and outside Germany. The destination is always decisive, not the address of the customer. You will be informed about the expected amount on this page. The amount of the shipping costs may change if additional components are added. The shipping costs for deliveries outside Germany are divided into two categories: Zone 1 and Zone 2: These zones have become necessary due to the very different costs which the contracted transport companies charge for their services. Shipping logistics Particularly large and/or heavy orders (over 31.5 kg) are delivered by a forwarding agent. As a rule, the commissioned company will arrange an individual delivery date with you - for this purpose, we need your telephone number during the ordering process.
Shipping time You will find information on the shipping time on the respective product detail page. Please note that for orders that are paid with the payment method "prepayment", the delivery can only be set in motion as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account. In order to be able to make a direct delivery of goods in stock, we recommend that you select PayPal, "immediate bank transfer" or credit card as payment method. The delivery time varies depending on the type of delivery (by DHL/ UPS or forwarding agent). For logistical reasons, DHL or UPS occasionally splits up shipments to the same addressee and delivers them on different days one after the other - especially if the packages have different sizes.
Climate neutral shipping Our shipping is climate neutral. This means that we offset the CO2 emissions of our shipping. At climatepartner.com you can find the certificate of our climate neutrality with information on how much CO2 we have offset and which climate protection project we support for this.
The car battery connection cable is available as an accessory for connecting car batteries with the ROCKSTER and ROCKSTER AIR 2 speakers.
If there's not a 230-volt power port to hand a lot of devices flashing red won't often survive the journey. But not the ROCKSTER. With the right equipment the ROCKSTER can be connected directly to your car battery for a quick recharge for lasting sound. To connect the car to speaker we have the "car battery connecting cable set" available as an accessory. Each of our ROCKSTERs have a PA port for the connection.
Thanks to coloured cables you can easily tell where each cable belongs, meaning the chance of failure is nearly impossible (Plus = red / Minus = Blue). The bayonet pole terminals also ensure a secure connection. The pole clamps are simply placed on the pole and locked in place with the practical bayonet lock. In addition, the cable contains an integrated 60 amp fuse to prevent damage to the ROCKSTER due to overvoltage.
Power is supplied from the car battery as soon as the "Power Mode" slide switch on the rear of the ROCKSTER has been set to the "External" position and the car battery is correctly connected. Test the cable for up to 8 weeks.
